Intuitive Counseling Sessions - 60 min

I use my professional training & intuitive abilities to gain insight into the fundamental issues causing disharmony in your life. By incorporating various modalities aimed at decreasing maladaptive thoughts and behaviors to improve daily functioning, I am able to assist you in processing any blockages associated with past trauma, addiction, anxiety & depression. I utilize a holistic approach focusing on aliments blocking you spiritually, mentally and physically.
Available for individuals (must have parental consent if under 18) and couples with the option of adding a Sound Healing session to help integrate information processed during intuitive counseling session.
Sound Healing
(Can be booked directly after session or individually)
A 30-60 min relaxing experience filled with healing instruments to help rejuvenate your mind, body and soul. Starting with a short breath work exercise and guided meditation that leads to a blissful melodic experience that helps to recalibrate your internal environment by jumpstarting the production of hormones that have been impacted by trauma.

Benefits of Sound Healing
Sound Healing involves the application of sound waves & harmonic vibrations to the body through the use of instruments, including the human voice. Sound helps to facilitate shifts in our brainwave state by using entrainment. Entrainment synchronizes our fluctuating brainwaves by providing a stable frequency which the brainwave can attune to. By using rhythm and frequency, we can entrain our brainwaves and it becomes possible to down-shift our normal beta state (normal waking consciousness) to alpha (relaxed consciousness and even reach theta (meditative state) and delta (sleep; where internal healing can occur). Sound Therapy is effective in not only achieving a state of relaxation but it also has a way of moving through blockages in the body. Sound Therapy has been known to treat such conditions as stress, anxiety, high blood pressure, depression, sleep disorders, pain and autism.
Bookings
All sessions are done via Zoom. Zoom link will be emailed day before scheduled session & serve as a final confirmation. Email below with your name, contact information, and type of session you are interested in. Response will be within 24-48 hrs. & sessions will be scheduled within 7-10 days. Once session date & time is selected, full payment is needed in order to confirm appointment.
Cancellation Policy:
Reschedules must be 24 hours prior to scheduled appointment. No refunds, option of one reschedule if missed/cancelled scheduled session.
